Therapeutic groups (online or Salisbury area)

Hi I’m Cesca (she/her).

As an Integrative Creative Counsellor, I’m proud to be a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP), an Associate Member of the British Association of Arts Therapists (BAAT), and a part of the Creative Counsellors Community CIC.

In my role as a creative counsellor, I use a variety of art forms to help you navigate your emotions and enhance your well-being. Our sessions might involve visual arts like drawing, painting, clay, or collage. We could also explore movement, delve into poetry and the written word, or even engage in performance arts such as puppetry, drama, and music depending on what you choose.

I warmly welcome all adults aged 18 and above, regardless of neurotype, ethnicity, gender, or sexuality. I firmly believe in the inclusivity of therapy and counselling. As a disability-confident counsellor with personal experience of living with non-visible illness and having a neurodiverse family, I’m passionate about creating a safe and understanding space for everyone who needs support.
