Hi, I'm Francesca Myles (MBACP Registered | Associate BAAT | Creative Counsellors CIC)
I'm an Integrative Arts Counsellor offering online counselling for adults (18+) across the UK. My practice brings together therapy and creative arts — you don’t need to be artistic to access arts counselling, creativity can naturally reach what words sometimes can't.
I work with people navigating chronic illness and fatigue, neurodivergence, LGBTQ+ identity, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the things that feel hard to name. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and adapted to you — your pace, your body, your way of making sense of things.
With over 20 years of combined experience in health and social care and community arts, I bring both professional grounding and genuine understanding of what it means to live in a body or mind that the world doesn't always make easy.
This gives us a chance to discuss your needs and see if we’re a good fit.
If we decide to continue:
I’ll invite you to a more formal assessment session. We’ll gently explore your mental health history, your previous experiences of therapy, your hopes and goals.
Sessions last 1 hour, at £60 per session (£50 reduced rate 18–25 year olds, therapy students, and those receiving certain benefits.)
Most clients choose to meet weekly or fortnightly.
I offer both short or long term support As a starting point, I usually suggest booking six sessions.
What You Might Be Navigating
You might be here because you’re feeling:
Overwhelmed, burnt out, or disconnected from yourself from masking.
Life feels heavy or hard to face, and talking about it hasn’t been quite enough.
Exploring identity, relationships or coming out, and looking for an affirming, inclusive space for you to share without judgement.
Understanding your neurodivergent experiance or sensory differences. Whether you have a formal diagnosis or are finding words still for your expeirance, you’re welcome as you are.
Experiencing loneliness, past trauma, or life transitions such as redundancy, relocation, relationship changes or loss. The in-between spaces.
Struggling with emotions traditional talking therapies haven’t quite worked with.
Living with chronic health or non-visible conditions, in a body that carries more than words can hold.
You may want to:
Connect with yourself through creative expression
Explore emotions, patterns, and identity in a safe space
Receive support tailored to neurodivergence, chronic health, or unique life experiences
Build tools to cope with overwhelm, isolation, and transitions.
Use creative approached to help open up what words alone can’t always reach.
