Explore yourself through creativity

Creative therapy online for adults across the UK. A safe, inclusive space to understand emotions, your identity, and to create support.

Hi I’m Francesca Myles
(BA hons, PGcert, MBACP, Associate BAAT, & Creative Counsellors CIC member)

I’m an online Integrative Arts Counsellor offering online counselling for adults (18+) who want a compassionate, creative approach to therapy. My clients include women, people in the LGBTQ+ community, young adults, people navigating chronic health conditions, and those exploring identiy, neurodivergence or belonging — but everyone is welcome.

With lived experience of chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, disability, caregiving, and being part of a neurodivergent family, I bring a grounded understanding and disability‑confident approach to therapy.

Together we create a calm, relational space to express yourself - through words, images, metaphor, or sensory exploration - helping you connect with your body, mind and creativity.

Start by booking a free initial call.

This gives us a chance to discuss your needs and see if we’re a good fit.

If we decide to continue:

  • I’ll invite you to a more formal assessment session. We’ll gently explore your mental health history, your previous experiences of therapy, your hopes and goals.

  • Sessions last 1 hour, at £60 per session (£50 reduced rate 18–25 year olds, therapy students, and those receiving certain benefits.)

  • Most clients choose to meet weekly or fortnightly.

  • I offer both short or long term support As a starting point, I usually suggest booking six sessions.
