Cesca Myles (MBACP, Associate BAAT, & Creative Counsellors CIC member)

I’m a fully qualified Integrative Arts Counsellor offering online 1:1 therapy.

My approach is inclusive and person-centered, focusing on your unique needs.

What I Offer: I use a variety of art forms to help you navigate emotions, relationships, and personal challenges. Our sessions can include:

  • Drawing and Painting: Express your feelings visually.

  • Clay and Collage: Explore your thoughts through tactile creativity.

  • Music and Movement: Connect with your emotions through sound and physical expression.

  • Creative Writing: Find words for what you're experiencing.

  • Puppetry and Drama: Use storytelling to understand your journey.

  • LEGO and Play: Engage in playful activities to unlock new perspectives.

My Background in Health and Social Care, including dementia, palliative, and learning disability care, helps me to bring a compassionate and trauma-informed approach to therapy. During my clinical placement with Andover Mind, I provided art therapy both in person and online. I am also a creative practitioner which supports my knowledge of using the arts to support mental health.

Our Sessions together will create a safe and supportive space where you can express yourself freely. Whether you're dealing with current issues or past experiences, we'll find the right creative outlet to help you understand and work through your feelings.

Inclusivity as a disability-confident counsellor is something I am dedicated to, with personal experience of non-visible illness and a neurodiverse family, and identify in the LGBTQ+ community.

Reach out to talk about how I can help in your journey of self-discovery and healing.
