Space to reflect, explore and make sense of it all. Create Support.

Hi I’m Francesca Myles (BA hons, PGcert, MBACP, Associate BAAT, & Creative Counsellors CIC member)

As an Integrative Arts Counsellor, I support people with a wide mix of mental health challenges—especially the kind that show up alongside big life transitions, like chronic illness, disability, identity, relationship changes, or feeling out of step with the world around you. Here are some of the things people come to me for support with:

  • Feeling anxious or overwhelmed—whether it’s social situations, health worries, or just trying to keep up with life.

  • Low mood or depression—including times when everything feels heavy, flat, or hard to face.

  • Living with neurodivergence—like ADHD, autism, or sensory differences, and the emotional ups and downs that can come with it.

  • Exploring identity—especially around gender, sexuality, or figuring out who you are in a world that doesn’t always get it.

  • Managing chronic health conditions—and the emotional impact of pain, fatigue, or feeling misunderstood.

  • Grief and loss—whether that’s losing someone, or dealing with changes in your health, relationships, or sense of self.

  • Feeling isolated or disconnected—especially if you’ve felt overlooked or unheard in other spaces.

  • Processing trauma—including ongoing stress, past experiences, or the kind of trauma that’s hard to name.

I aim to create a space that’s gentle, creative, and shaped around what you need—not a one-size-fits-all approach. If any of this sounds familiar, you’re not alone—and I’d be glad to work with you.

Email to book in a free 20-minute initial call before we work together to see if I’m the right fit for your needs.

After this I will invite you for an assessment meeting. This will involve lightly discussing your mental health history, experiences of therapy and needs now. I can send the questions ahead of the session and will share with you a consent to therapy contract.

If you agree that Creative Counselling would benefit you, my fees are £70 for 1 hour.

I offer a reduced rate of £50 for 18-25 year olds, therapy students, and those on certain benefits.

I suggest we book regular sessions for 6 weeks, then review your needs together regularly
in therapy from then on for what you want to focus on, for as long as you feel is right.
