“Create Support” series workshops are online group workshops or sessions to provide creative wellbeing outlets for individuals dealing with anxiety or low mood, who are trying to find ways to express themselves through creativity.

Unlock Your Creativity through 'writing'
in alternative ways.

Are you struggling to find the right words to express yourself? Do you want to tap into your creativity without fear of failure, overthinking, or perfectionism?

Join our therapeutic 'writing' group led by Creative Counsellor Cesca Myles (MBACP). In this 8-week online workshop via Zoom, you’ll explore various techniques to express yourself through writing, printing, and recording words.

What to Expect:

  • Dates and Time: Fridays, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM,

    from November 8th to December 20th.

  • Format: Online sessions via Zoom.

  • Cost: £100 for the full 8-week course (materials provided via post).

  • Open to All: Whether you’re an experienced writer or a beginner in art, everyone is welcome.

  • Activities & Techniques: Writing through arts. Cut up, erase, highlight, scatter, collage, and place—drawing inspiration from print and texts to find words that resonate with you. We will be using Collage, Cut and reform, Found text images, Adaptive Storytelling, Document redaction and Erasure poetry, and hidden messages through wax relief and homemade inks.

  • Emotional Wellbeing: This “Create Support” series of workshops aims to provide creative outlets for individuals dealing with anxiety or low mood, who are trying to find ways to express themselves through creativity.
